Responsibilities:

• The focus of the role of IT software support is to provide troubleshoot & service of PC user ,
• 1) Knowledge on setup and install of computer ,Printer ,scanner , and Modem .
• 2) other Common knowledge of software application and troubleshooting ( ie.. M/S office ,Internet , email , Lan . Router , swicth hub ...)
• This is very much a front line role and service oriented position that needs you to put in a high commitment and responsibilities
  

Requirements:

• Male Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or certificate in IT
  , age between 19 -30 years old with at least some working experience
• Good knowledge in troubleshoot PC and Good knowledge in Software .Able to communicate in English and Mandarin with all level of customer & good attitude
• Non-smoker,
• Good working attitude, able to work independently, hardworking, self-motivated & team player
• Own transport ( Preferable Motor ) / Car and Van full driving license

SR / MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING ENGINEER

• Improve yield through updates/changes/retrofit of equipments/processes.
  Maintain a through knowledge and in depth field experience on PCBA to meet company's goals.
• Continuously improve product cycle time by means of process and equipment.
• Supervise and or perform newly set-up Equipment / line buy-off.
• Responsible for the process development and fabrication of PCBA manufacturing, mechanical assembly manufacturing and optical component manufacturing.
• Lead transition from prototype or new product production to volume production of complex electro- mechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge in DFM review using Valor software.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Mechanical / Materials Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a high mixed electronics manufacturing company in PCB assembly or SMT environment.
• Diploma holders with minimum 5 years of related experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Able to lead a team of technicians to achieve yield and machine downtime targets in the SMT manufacturing process.
• Experience in product manufacturing engineering and PCBA (both PTH and SMT).
